California Women in Energy fulfills its mission by providing all types of events that help women grown in their leadership capacity and technical knowledge.     California Women in Energy is hosting our annual energy and leadership forum – Women EmPOWERed 2024: Powering the Future – a one-day IN PERSON conference focused on building women’s knowledge of the energy policy arena and providing valuable career development insight and skills. 

    Panels will cover technical issues related to the use and impact of AI on the grid and new energy technologies taking us into the future, as well as professional development conversations focused on knowing when and how to make your next big step.
