California Women in Energy is hosting our annual energy and leadership forum – Women EmPOWERed 2025: Powering Through – a one-day conference focused on building knowledge of the energy policy arena and providing valuable career development insight and skills. 

Panels will cover technical issues related to the interplay of federal and state energy priorities and energy market developments around the West, as well as professional development topics to help us women manage our energy.
